Weekly Trades Summary September 24th 2020

Hi Traders! Weekly Trades Summary September 25th 2020 is here. It is now time to recap and summarize the trade setups that we had during this week. Below you will find the short explanation of all the trade setups we had in this week and how it has currently developed now.

First, we will see the trade ideas that I shared in my blog:

Blog Ideas

Silver – My idea here was “On the H4 chart after the strong bearish move to the downside, we had a deeper correction in the form of an ABCD pattern and then the price which is moving lower has broken below the most recent uptrend line. Also, we had a strong support zone and the price which is moving lower has broken below this strong support zone as well and is holding below it. We may consider these as evidences of bearish pressure. Also based on the Parabolic Sar the dots are above the price here as well and there are no signs of trend change. In addition to this, the ADX indicator gave a bearish signal at the cross of -DI (red line) versus +DI (green line), and the main signal line (silver line) reads value over 25, we may consider this as yet another evidence of bearish pressure. So until the strong resistance zone shown in the screenshot below holds my short term view remains bearish here and I expect the price to continue lower further”.

Weekly Trades Summary September 25th 2020Current Scenario – Based on the above-mentioned analysis my short-term view was bearish here and I was expecting the price to continue lower further. The price action followed my analysis and moved lower exactly as I expected it to delivering a fantastic move to the downside.

NZDCAD – My idea here was “On the H4 chart, the price which was moving higher has created a big double wave to the upside. While measuring the first wave using the fibonacci expansion tool we could see that the price which was moving higher reached the 61.8%(0.89168) fibonacci expansion level of the first wave, respected it, and has bounced lower from this zone. Also, we had a strong support zone and the price which is moving lower has broken below this strong support zone and is holding below it. Currently, this support zone acts as a strong resistance zone for us. We may consider these as evidences of bearish pressure. In addition to this, the ADX indicator gave a bearish signal here as well at the cross of -DI (red line) versus +DI (green line), and the main signal line (silver line) reads value over 25, we may consider this as yet another evidence of bearish pressure. So in my POV until the strong resistance zone shown in the screenshot below holds my view remains bearish here and I expect the price to continue lower further”.

Weekly Trades Summary September 25th 2020Current Scenario – My bearish view still remains the same here, that is until the strong resistance zone holds I expect the price to continue lower further.

NZDJPY – My idea here was “On the H4 chart, the price which is moving lower has created a bearish trend pattern in the form of three lower highs, lower lows which we may consider as evidence of bearish pressure. In addition to this, the ADX indicator gave a bearish signal here as well at the cross of -DI (red line) versus +DI (green line), and the main signal line (silver line) reads value over 25, we may consider this as yet another evidence of bearish pressure. Also, we had a strong support zone and the price which is moving lower has broken below this strong support zone and is holding below it. Currently, this support zone acts as a strong resistance zone for us. We may consider these as evidences of bearish pressure. So based on all this my view here is bearish and I expect the price to continue lower further until this strong resistance zone holds”.

Weekly Trades Summary September 25th 2020Current Scenario – On the H4 chart currently it looks like a pullback is happening. Until the strong resistance zone shown in the screenshot below holds my view remains bearish here.
