Bill Ackman is leaving Valeant Pharmaceuticals.

The billionaire investor, who was once the company’s biggest cheeleader, is has sold his investment and will step down from the Valeant’s board, according to a report from CNBC’s David Faber, citing sources.

The stock is falling in after hours trading on this news.
